- One kit (48 frozen samples) is one year’s worth of materials to participate in the program.
- The kit will be sent in a single shipment between October 1, 2022 – November 30, 2022.
- Third-party laboratories will be invoiced by Solomon Park Research Laboratories and may pay via “IntuitPaymentNetwork,” check, wire transfer or credit card. Solomon Park wire transfer information can be found on the second page of this document. To be credited for a wire transfer, the Solomon Park invoice number must be included.PAYMENT IN FULL is due prior to shipments leaving our Burien, Washington facility.
- Participating laboratories that need a purchase order on their invoice will need to email the PO number to lsporders@solomon.org as soon as possible.
- Our shipping method is UPS for domestic and Marken for International orders respectively.
