Orders will be accepted by phone, by mail, or online. Phone orders may be confirmed, but should be prominently marked “Confirming Order, Do Not Duplicate.”

It is essential to include a shipping address with a phone number, the addressee, a billing address, and a method of payment with your order.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for up to date pricing on all of our products and services.
Payment
At Solomon Park, we accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, checks or money orders, and wire transfers.
Payment is due either up-front before the products are shipped, or 30 days from the date of the invoice unless a prior written agreement has been exchanged.
A 1.5% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to invoices from the date of shipment. If the collection of past due accounts requires attorney involvement, the customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs.
Payments can be made by check or money order drawn on a US bank or can be made by ACH or wire transfer. All payments must be for the full amount. Deductions made for bank, clearance, or exchange charges will not be accepted. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an additional charge of $25.00.
Shipping
Products are shipped FOB Solomon Park Research Laboratories, Inc. with shipping prepaid and added to the invoice. Solomon Park reserves the right to choose the shipment method. Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Because most of our products are temperature-sensitive, no orders to locations in the US will be shipped on Fridays.
Shipping charges in the US and internationally are based upon shipping conditions. If your order includes items with different temperature requirements, only the highest applicable charge will be added to your invoice.

Warranty
All products supplied by Solomon Park Research Laboratories are warranted to meet or exceed our published specifications when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. Specifications are published in the Certificate of Analysis shipped with most products. Otherwise, give customer service a call and request a copy.
Should any product fail to perform as warranted, upon notification, Solomon Park shall replace it free of charge. Our obligation and your sole remedy are limited to such replacement of the products or the full credit of the original purchase price. Any claim for credit must be made within 10 days of receipt. Solomon Park Research Labs will not accept returned products.
Condition of Sale
All products are sold for research purposes only. Human blood products, including plasma, serum, red blood cells, and PBMCs (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) are derived from donors screened for blood-borne pathogens, following informed consent.
All human-derived samples must be handled as if infectious following biosafety level 2 practices. Solomon Park Research Laboratories will not be held responsible for patent infringement or other violations that may occur with the use of our products. Purchase does not include or carry any right to resell or transfer this product either as a stand-alone product or as a component of another product or service.
