Wayne Kerr

Wayne is Solomon Park’s Controller. He is responsible for assisting our Director in managing day-to-day operations, improving internal processes, and meeting the expectations and needs of our clients.

Wayne began working with Solomon Park in March 2015 when Sean was looking for assistance in the accounting and management department. Wayne’s background includes being a business owner, operator, and manager between 1989 and 2007. Wayne was the CEO of Cascade Elite Gymnastics, Inc., Technical Director for a 5-state region, and part of the USA Gymnastics Expert Clinician and National Teams program for more than 10 years.

Wayne brings added experience to our team with his history in people management, workflow planning, quality and accountability systems, financial systems and management, problem-solving, accounting and financial systems, and proactivity.
